Bio
Bradley Hale joined IGS in 2026 as a Director of Business Development, where he focuses on supporting the firm’s private equity clients. He leads sponsor coverage efforts across industries and is responsible for driving client engagement and strategic growth initiatives for the firm.
Prior to joining IGS, Bradley spent his career in M&A advisory, working with private equity firms, public companies, and founder-owned businesses on both sell-side and buy-side transactions. Most recently, he was a Vice President in Lincoln International’s technology investment banking group. Earlier in his career, he worked in growth equity at 220 Sports Capital, investing across sports, media, and entertainment companies. He began his career at GLC Advisors, a technology and business services-focused investment bank, including advising Colorado and Utah-based ski resorts.
Bradley brings a strong investor and advisory perspective, with deep experience supporting clients across the investment lifecycle, including market evaluation, commercial diligence, growth strategy, and post-close value creation.
Bradley holds a BA in Economics from Colorado College, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. He is based in San Francisco, CA.
