Josh Ader is a consultant at IGS with experience managing project teams in commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements across a variety of industries, including fintech and retail.

Prior to IGS, Josh worked for The Claro Group in Chicago, IL as a member of their disputes and investigations practice, advising commercial policy holders on complex insurance claims.

Josh earned his MBA from University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and graduated with a BS in Finance and Business Analytics from Indiana University.

Adnan Akbari brings over 15 years of experience in executing top-line growth strategies, with a specialized focus developing price models to accelerate revenue and profit growth. His expertise spans both mid-sized organizations and Fortune 500 companies, consistently centered around aligning pricing strategies with customer value to unlock growth opportunities.

Before joining IGS, Adnan held roles in both management consulting and within Fortune 100 companies, where he played a key role in new product development, product–market fit evaluations, and leading initiatives for inorganic growth in addition to his core expertise in pricing.

He holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University.

Hachem is a Partner at IGS with more than 15 years of strategic consulting, transaction advisory and operational experience; and focuses on driving the firm's efforts in the technology sector. He is a former BCG partner who brings significant experience advising private equity and corporate clients. He has deep expertise leading buy-side, sell-side, and portfolio value creation projects across vertical and horizontal software. He has also led large scale digital strategy & transformation efforts for corporate clients across industries.

Prior to BCG, Hachem led the portfolio operations team at B Capital Group, a tech focused VC firm, and managed the Northeast US and Australia regions at Lime, a leading micromobility player.

Hachem earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a B.S. in aerospace engineering from MIT.

Justin is the Chief AI Officer at IGS, where he started the firm's AI Consulting Practice. He brings deep expertise building and scaling data and AI organizations across a diverse set of industries including heavy manufacturing, healthcare, forensic accounting, and more. Justin holds two patents in machine learning software, one in healthcare and one in tax accounting, both now powering multi-billion-dollar companies.

Prior to IGS, Justin led data, engineering, and machine learning functions at start-ups and large public companies, with roles such as SVP of Engineering and Head of Data Science at Advantage Solutions, Global Lead of Data Engineering & AI at ZoomInfo, and the firm’s first Chief Data Science Officer at Crowe.

Justin holds six degrees in total from MIT, Michigan, Purdue, and Penn State.

Since joining IGS in 2016, Chad has advised clients across the U.S. on hundreds of engagements across a wide range of industries, with a focus on technology, tech-enabled services, and healthcare. He has led teams delivering insights into complex market dynamics, helping clients evaluate investment opportunities, and shape strategic initiatives.

Chad graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a BA in Social Studies.

Mindy Berman brings over 25 years of strategic management experience to IGS, which she founded in 1998. Her leadership on strategy reviews, industry assessments, and due diligence studies enables clients to gain a comprehensive view of the marketplace and the foresight to make critical business decisions, particularly around acquisitions and investments. She has extensive experience helping clients develop smart strategic plans – enabling them to enhance growth and profitability.

Formerly a principal at The Parthenon Group, Mindy has a deep resume that includes clients in industries ranging from finance, publishing, and healthcare, to industrial machinery, telecommunications, and consumer products.

Mindy holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in history from Amherst College.

Aniket is a consultant at IGS, leading project teams in commercial due diligence, value creation, and growth strategy engagements across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining IGS, Aniket worked in transaction advisory and investing roles, executing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence and supporting deal strategy across software, IT services, and consumer sectors.

Aniket earned his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent).

Surbhi is a consultant at IGS with experience in management consulting and commercial due diligence across various industries including healthcare, tech, retail and CPG.

Prior to IGS, Surbhi worked at Bain & Company as a consultant, advising Fortune 500 companies on strategy and operations, and supported PE firms with CDDs.

Surbhi earned her MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business during which she also interned with Rivian Automotives, in a strategy & operations role.

Katie is an Associate Partner at IGS, managing projects and teams in due diligence and strategic reviews for clients across a variety of industries. Prior to joining IGS, Katie worked in corporate development and strategy roles in enterprise technology and financial services companies, evaluating organic and inorganic expansion opportunities and leading internal business transformation initiatives.

Katie earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated with an BS in international political economy from Georgetown University.

Connor is a consultant at IGS, leading project teams on a variety of engagements such as: buy-side, sell-side, commercial due-diligence and strategy engagements.

Prior to joining IGS in 2024, Connor worked in environmental consulting at Roux Associates where he led the design, implementation, and monitoring of environmental remediation projects for energy and real estate clients.

Connor earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and graduated summa cum laude with a MS and BS in Environmental Engineering from Lehigh University.

Doug is a Senior Consultant at IGS, leading project teams on buy-side, sell-side, and growth strategy engagements. Prior to joining IGS, Doug was a Brand Manager for several product lines at Ocean Spray Cranberries and a successful CPG startup operator with over 7 years of consumer products experience.

Doug holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in Finance and graduated from Bowdoin College with a BA in Government & Legal Studies.

AJ is an Associate Partner with nearly a decade of strategic consulting experience. Since joining the IGS team after attending Tufts University (B.A. Economics), AJ has performed critical functions across a variety of roles at IGS, including research assistant, associate, senior analyst, and consultant. He has completed over 150 client engagements across a broad spectrum of industries during his tenure. In his current role, AJ is responsible for leading teams in diligence and strategy reviews for private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate clients.

Austin Carter is the Director of Business Development for IGS and started with the firm in 2024. He leads business development efforts, with a focus on supporting IGS' investment banking partners across all industries. His responsibilities include managing the firm's relationships with deal intermediaries, maximizing the flow of sell-side projects, and assisting in the firm's marketing efforts.

Austin has a background in finance and a deep experience on both the buy side and sell side. He was previously the Vice President of Business Development at Silver Oak Services Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm based in Evanston, Illinois. Austin was responsible for deal origination and driving the firm's marketing and business development efforts. Prior to Silver Oak Services Partners, Austin was a Vice President in Wells Fargo's Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking team in New York City. Over the course of his investment banking career, he executed dozens of financial advisory assignments.

Austin holds a B.A. from Yale University. He resides in Chicago, IL.

Zach Casavant has more than 15 years of transaction advisory and strategic consulting experience. Since joining the IGS team in 2005, Zach has led hundreds of M&A diligence and market strategy engagements across a diverse set of industries including technology and software, business services, industrial manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, and consumer products, among others. Zach is also actively involved in the development of new client relationships.

Zach's prior experience includes positions in middle market investment banking as well as in the strategy and analytics group of a global marketing and advertising agency.

Zach holds an MBA from Cornell University and an AB from Brown University.

Shauna Collins is an accomplished finance and operations leader with deep expertise in scaling and transforming professional services organizations. She brings more than two decades of experience guiding firms through high-growth phases, where she has consistently strengthened financial rigor, enhanced operational maturity, and built the infrastructure needed to support rapid expansion.

Most recently, Shauna served as Chief Financial Officer for a strategic management consulting firm in the life sciences sector, where she played a central role in modernizing the financial organization and elevating operational discipline.

Prior to this role, Shauna held CFO and senior finance positions at a consulting and services organization, where she led major initiatives in performance management, pricing optimization, and scenario-based financial planning, enabling the firm to scale effectively during a period of significant growth. Shauna began her career in public accounting, supporting a broad range of professional services firms in audit and tax.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Assumption College, an MBA from Clark University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Drew D'Amaro has more than 20 years of strategic consulting, investing, and operational experience. He has been at IGS since 2006, actively focuses on business development, and manages M&A due diligence projects and strategic growth initiatives across a wide range of industries.

Drew's prior experience includes work at a search fund and a decade in the networking and telecommunications industry that includes helping to develop several startups.

Drew graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BS in biomedical engineering and electrical engineering.

Molly Dearing is a Partner at IGS, where she advises clients on commercial diligence and broader investment analysis. She has led dozens of engagements across industries, with deep expertise spanning multiple verticals within both the consumer and industrial markets.

Molly has spent significant time in the Food & Beverage sector, supporting numerous engagements across the full F&B value chain—including agricultural inputs, ingredient suppliers, co-manufacturers, distributors, branded and private-label food and beverage, restaurants and foodservice, and grocery.

Before joining IGS, Molly was a Senior Director in EY-Parthenon's private equity commercial diligence practice. Earlier in her career, she worked with Teach For America, supporting students and teachers in under-resourced school districts.

Molly holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College.

Trevor Dodds is a pricing strategist with deep experience helping private equity firms and portfolio companies improve revenue quality and EBITDA through smarter pricing. He has led engagements across consumer services, B2B software, business services, and industrial products, with work spanning value-based pricing, discount governance, packaging and tiering, WTP research, and invoice-level diagnostics.

Before joining IGS, Trevor worked in strategic finance at PepsiCo in revenue management, supply chain, eCommerce, and financial planning. His operating background informs a pragmatic and financially grounded approach to pricing.

Trevor earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management and graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College with a BA in economics and psychology.

Since joining IGS in 2002, Pat Donahue has led due diligence work in diverse industries including industrial products, distribution, cloud services, and enthusiast markets such as outdoor recreation and automotive aftermarket. He also works with corporate clients to help them develop market entry strategies, create growth initiatives, and validate strategic direction changes.

Pat previously spent a year at SunGard Securities Processing leading the development of new securities trading systems, and five years in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear power plant supervisor.

Pat holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in ocean engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Sam is an Associate Partner at IGS, leading project teams on buy-side, sell-side, and growth strategy engagements across a variety of industries (technology, consumer products, industrials, and healthcare, among others). Prior to joining IGS in 2022, Sam worked at NEPC, an independent investment consulting firm. At NEPC, Sam worked within the Outsourced Chief Financial Officer (OCIO) practice group, where he helped manage investment portfolios for pensions, endowments, and family offices across a wide range of asset classes (equities, fixed income, private equity, and other alternative investments). Sam graduated magna cum laude with a BA in economics and business from Brandeis University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

DJ Fiore is a Data Scientist with the Decision Analytics team who works with clients to analyze large data sets and identify insights to inform growth and strategy decision-making.

Prior to joining IGS, DJ has worked as an economic development consultant for local governments, applying data science principles to design economic development plans and programming to strengthen local communities.

DJ has earned a Masters of Urban Planning and Policy from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University.

MaryKate is a consultant at IGS working with the commercial due diligence team on buy-side, sell-side, and growth strategy projects across a variety of industries.

Prior to IGS, MaryKate has more than 10 years of experience across the public and private sector. Most recently, MaryKate worked as an internal consultant for the FBI leading enterprise projects and serving as a strategic advisor to FBI leadership in Washington, DC and Chicago, IL. MaryKate also has more than five years of experience running restaurants in Columbus, OH.

MaryKate earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler with a concentration in Corporate Finance and graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Brian Fleming brings 20 years of private equity experience, both advising and working in PE, and he focuses on leading the firm's growth efforts across service lines, organically and through M&A. Brian has extensive experience helping clients throughout the investment lifecycle, from the buy-side to portfolio value creation initiatives to the sell-side, and he continues to actively lead client engagements in addition to coordinating the firm's growth efforts.

Brian previously worked as a private equity associate for Boston Ventures and as an investment banking analyst for Bear Stearns.

Brian earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated cum laude with an AB in economics from Dartmouth College.

Since joining IGS in 2022, Jack has worked on buy-side, sell-side, strategy, and go-to-market engagements across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, and industrials / infrastructure, among others.

Jack's prior experience includes positions in the collateralized loan obligation team at a global asset manager, as well as in the private equity lending team at a private bank.

Jack holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from The University of Vermont.

Since joining IGS in 2018, Liam has led project teams on buy-side, sell-side and growth strategy engagements. His projects have covered a diverse set of industries, providing comprehensive insights for a range of investment decisions and corporate strategies.

Prior to joining IGS, Liam worked as an internal strategy analyst at M&T Bank as a part of their Management Development Program for recent college graduates.

Liam graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in Government & Legal Studies.

Liz has over 10 years of market diligence and strategy consulting experience in industries as diverse as consumer products, healthcare services, telecommunications, industrial machinery, and financial services.

Prior to joining Investor Group Services, Liz was a Consultant at a strategy consulting firm in Boston, where she managed engagements for clients such as Coca-Cola, Harley Davidson, and The Hartford. Liz was also a Senior Analyst for a market intelligence firm focused on analyzing and improving customer relationships. Her career includes an international stint in Germany, where she worked as Product Manager for a leading glass manufacturer.

She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA in German from Holy Cross College.

Pradeep Ghosh is a growth & innovation strategy and commercialization leader with 18+ years of consulting, industry, and entrepreneurial experience. He has advised senior leaders and front-line operators across industries from Fortune 500 companies to PE portfolio companies and venture-backed startups on accelerating time-to-market and market acceptance & adoption of new products, services, and technologies.

Prior to IGS, Pradeep founded Plus Alpha Group, a growth advisory firm that turned growth intelligence into pragmatic go-to-market solutions for business and sales leaders. Pradeep also held executive roles at Solidia Technologies and USG Corporation leading corporate strategy, technology commercialization and business development.

Pradeep holds a BS in biomedical engineering & chemical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Ana is a Partner with over 10 years of finance and strategy consulting experience. At IGS, Ana has led due diligence and strategy engagements across multiple industries including business and financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, industrial services and equipment, and consumer products.

Prior to joining IGS, Ana worked as a Summer Associate at Innova Capital, a mid-market private equity firm investing in Central and Eastern Europe, and as a Management Consultant in the oil and gas sector. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in London.

Ana holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Vassar College.

Bradley Hale joined IGS in 2026 as a Director of Business Development, where he focuses on supporting the firm’s private equity clients. He leads sponsor coverage efforts across industries and is responsible for driving client engagement and strategic growth initiatives for the firm. 

Prior to joining IGS, Bradley spent his career in M&A advisory, working with private equity firms, public companies, and founder-owned businesses on both sell-side and buy-side transactions. Most recently, he was a Vice President in Lincoln International’s technology investment banking group. Earlier in his career, he worked in growth equity at 220 Sports Capital, investing across sports, media, and entertainment companies. He began his career at GLC Advisors, a technology and business services-focused investment bank, including advising Colorado and Utah-based ski resorts.

Bradley brings a strong investor and advisory perspective, with deep experience supporting clients across the investment lifecycle, including market evaluation, commercial diligence, growth strategy, and post-close value creation. 

Bradley holds a BA in Economics from Colorado College, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. He is based in San Francisco, CA.

Katie Hannigan leads talent acquisition at IGS, with a focus on MBA recruiting, training programs, professional development and firmwide operations initiatives. She supports the firm's hiring and development efforts to help strengthen both the employee experience and organization.

Prior to joining IGS, Katie worked in information technology recruiting at Overture Partners, serving clients across industries including healthcare, biotech, financial services, and higher education.

Katie earned her B.A. in Policy Studies and Art from Lafayette College.

Mairead Hoye supports talent acquisition at IGS, with a focus on undergraduate recruitment, onboarding training, and employee performance and development. She partners with leadership to strengthen the hiring pipeline, enhance new-hire integration, and contribute to initiatives that elevate the overall employee experience.

Prior to joining IGS, Mairead worked as an HR Generalist at a marketing agency serving nonprofits, specializing in recruitment strategy and performance management. She also holds a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Fairfield University, grounding her work in a strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and learning—perspectives she brings to both recruitment and development initiatives across the firm.

Derek is a Senior Consultant at IGS, leading project teams on buy-side, sell-side, and growth strategy engagements. His projects have provided actionable insights for clients across a variety of industries and investment strategies.

Prior to joining IGS, Derek interned at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with the private equity team at its global headquarters in Boston, MA.

Derek graduated magna cum laude with a BS in economics and finance from Bentley University.

Cailin joined IGS in 2022, and has since worked on buy side, sell side, and strategy engagements across a range of industries including healthcare, technology, professional services, and industrials. Prior to joining IGS, Cailin interned with Moody's Ratings, working on credit analysis.

Cailin graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University with a degree in Economics.

Emmy is a consultant at IGS with experience managing project teams in commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements across a variety of industries.

Prior to IGS, Emmy worked in people operations and talent acquisition at Angi (formerly Angie's List) in New York, growing their strategy, product management, and design teams following multiple mergers & acquisitions. Emmy also has experience in early-stage technology companies.

Emmy earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated from Emory University with a BA in Psychology & Spanish.

Dave Jones is a seasoned strategist, consultant, and data scientist, dedicated to driving growth through data-driven insights. Prior to joining IGS, Dave founded a healthcare data and consulting organization called Healthy Insights, focused on helping healthcare organizations with referral marketing, expansion strategies, and competitive intelligence.

Dave brings over 20 years of consulting and senior executive experience, including serving as the SVP of Strategy for ATI Physical Therapy.

Dave earned his M.B.A from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a double major with Distinction and High Honors in Finance and Economics from Iowa State University.

Dhruv Kavi is an AI Consultant in IGS' AI consulting practice. He brings 10+ years of experience across AI and technology transformation, management consulting, and enterprise systems. Dhruv leads engagements for private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the full deal lifecycle, from diligence and strategy through build and transformation, delivering custom AI platforms, agentic workflows, and ML models that move businesses from manual operations to AI-enabled.

Prior to IGS, Dhruv served as a Manager of Client Delivery at a PE-focused AI consulting firm, where he led 15+ AI diligence, strategy, and transformation engagements across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Earlier in his career, Dhruv held senior consulting roles at Launch Consulting, where he led enterprise technology, data, and digital transformation engagements across middle-market industries.

Dhruv holds an MBA in Business Strategy and Economics from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Shahbaz Khan is a Machine Learning Engineer in IGS' AI consulting practice. He brings over a decade of experience building ML-enabled software and the teams around them across healthcare, finance, tax, legal, construction, media, and entertainment. He leads technical delivery on AI transformation engagements and architects the models and systems that underpin the team's work.

Prior to IGS, Shahbaz served as ML Engineering Leader and member of the Data Science Advisory Board at Crowe, where he built and advised on scalable ML systems and led global, multidisciplinary teams. His work focused on decomposing complex enterprise challenges into composable solutions that could be built once and applied across business units and industries. He also helped decouple and transition core IP as part of multiple technology spinoffs. Most recently, Shahbaz led Data Science and Application Engineering delivery at a PE-focused AI consulting firm, building ML-enabled software for clients alongside AI diligence and strategy engagements.

Shahbaz holds an M.S. in Business Analytics and Computer Science and a B.S. in Finance and Information Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Mike is a Partner at IGS and has led buy-side due diligence, sell-side market studies, and portfolio company growth strategy engagements across a diverse range of industrials, energy, and consumer end markets.

Prior to joining IGS, Mike spent almost 10 years in strategy and management consulting, including 5 years as part of EY-Parthenon's private equity commercial diligence practice. Prior to consulting, Mike worked in the nonprofit sector focusing on evidence-based philanthropy for low-income children and families.

Mike earned his MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and graduated with a BA in Psychology and Economics from Williams College.

Since joining IGS in 2003, Jane Lannon has supported the firm's growth by serving in roles across the organization. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the firm's core operations and growth and drives initiatives that expand IGS's impact.

She is a former principal of the strategic advisory firm The Parthenon Group and previously worked as a healthcare consultant for The Healthcare Management Council.

Jane holds an MBA with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated cum laude with an AB in psychology from Dartmouth College.

Ben is a Partner with IGS and started with the firm as an intern in 2017. He leads teams for IGS's diligence and strategy engagements and has headed up projects across industries ranging from industrials / manufacturing, logistics and consumer goods to professional services and software, among others.

Ben has an engineering background and prior to joining IGS, he held a number of program management and manufacturing operations leadership roles with multinational aerospace and defense firm Cobham plc.

Ben earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude with a BS in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Peter is a Partner at IGS and manages teams in due diligence and strategy reviews for private equity and corporate clients serving a variety of industries. Prior to joining IGS, Peter worked in Davy Group (Dublin, Ireland) as part of the Portfolio Construction team, focusing on equity research, investment selection, and asset allocation.

He holds an MBA with distinction from Boston College and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland Galway.

Rob Lordi is one of the original managing partners of IGS and now serves as a Senior Advisor. Rob has led over a thousand of market due diligence engagements and market strategy reviews for investor clients and corporate senior management, spanning a variety of industries including industrial and building products, consumer products and services, healthcare, and business and financial services.

Prior to joining IGS in 2000, Rob spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as the engagement leader for many of the firm’s global financial clients.

Rob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Boston College. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Liam is a Senior Consultant at IGS, leading project teams on buy side, sell side, and growth strategy engagements across a range of industries. Prior to joining IGS, Liam interned in Corporate M&A at Amphenol, where he supported strategic investment and acquisition decisions.

Liam earned his MBA from INSEAD and graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics from Middlebury College.

Kate has over 15 years of experience in revenue growth management and price optimization. She spent years as a demand strategist, later specializing in revenue growth and portfolio management. Kate's strategic insights have led numerous large-scale companies to develop new methodologies, leading to meaningful breakthroughs in revenue growth.

Kate previously worked at Stanley Black & Decker's as a Sr. Revenue Growth Manager, where she designed and led the implementation of a tool that enabled the optimization of $500MM worth of rebate spend annually.

Prior to IGS, Catherine worked in Transfer Pricing at PwC, where she provided international tax consulting to multinational firms with a focus on intellectual property valuation and migration. She served firms across a broad range of industries, including biotechnology and pharma, consumer retail, financial services and private equity, aerospace and defense, and agriculture. Catherine also interned at EY-Parthenon with a focus on private equity consulting for industrial and business services clients.

Catherine earned her MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she graduated as a Tuck Scholar. She also graduated summa cum laude from the University of Richmond with a BA in Philosophy and Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Economics.

Patrick is an experienced pricing and sales strategist, focused on enabling clients to identify and act on EBITDA growth opportunities through pricing and sales improvements.

Prior to joining IGS, he worked as a leader in sales and analytics, then was a senior partner at Maple Street Advisors where he led the pricing team through a period of significant growth.

Patrick earned his MBA from Idaho State University and graduated with a degree in history from Brigham Young University – Idaho.

Raymond is a Partner at IGS with ~10 years of consulting experience. Since joining the firm, he has worked on 200+ engagements in which he has led teams focused on evaluating clients’ investment decisions and guiding company’s strategic plans. His projects have covered a diverse set of industries, capturing direct market insights to assess industry dynamics and inform company-specific growth initiatives.

Raymond graduated cum laude with a B.A. in history from Amherst College.

Tommy is a Business Development Senior Associate at IGS, where he leads core business development operations, including proposal development, client relationship management, and supporting various growth initiatives across the firm.

Tommy began his career as a Summer Associate at IGS and later worked as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting, where he conducted commercial due diligence, sell-side market studies, and growth strategy assessments across the industrials, business services, and consumer sectors. Most recently, Tommy worked at EcoSmart Solution, facilitating partnerships with large-scale real estate developers to build energy efficient communities and properties.

Tommy graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College with a BA in psychology and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Rik Moore joined IGS in 2023 and oversees the financial and accounting operations of the company as Finance Manager. He focuses on accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, financial controls, and financial planning and analysis.

He is the former Vice President of Finance and Administration of the national disability employment services organization, NTI, Inc., where he worked for 18 years. He has also provided consulting services to several early stage companies in the areas of finance, accounting, human resources, and payroll.

Rik holds an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University and graduated with a B.A. in Communication Arts from Allegheny College.

Pete brings over 20 years of experience advising sponsors and management teams on commercial strategy. His work centers on pricing, salesforce effectiveness, and connecting opportunities to practical implementation programs to drive revenue and improve execution across the middle market.

Prior to IGS, he was a partner at a value-based pricing consultancy serving both PE and Fortune 500 clients, and also spent over a decade in high-tech procurement for the Air Force. He is a former member of the U.S. National Rowing Team.

Pete holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a BA in economics from Colby College.

Lori’s experience spans investment diligence across sectors and strategic advisory to portfolio companies. At IGS, she develops new client relationships and leads teams in diligence and strategy engagements for private equity and corporate clients in a range of industries.

Prior to IGS, Lori was an investment banker at Citi where she advised C-suite teams across sectors on M&A, capital markets transactions, optimizing debt levels and other financial strategy questions.

Lori earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in mathematics and economics from Colby College.

Bryan has more than a decade of transaction advisory, strategic consulting and M&A experience. He is actively involved in the development of new client relationships and the management of due diligence and strategy engagements across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining IGS, Bryan worked across M&A, corporate finance, and strategy functions for Liberty Mutual Insurance at its global headquarters in Boston, MA.

Bryan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude with a BS in finance from Georgetown University.

Brett is a consultant at IGS with experience leading teams on buy-side, sell-side, strategy, and go-to-market engagements across a diverse range of industries, including technology, professional services, industrials, and healthcare. Since joining IGS in 2022, Brett has completed over 50 engagements for private equity and corporate clients.

Before IGS, Brett worked for Nuveen Green Capital as a member of the Asset Management team.

Brett graduated from Miami University with a degree in Economics.

Connor Schmeling is an Engagement Leader in IGS' AI consulting practice. He brings 10+ years of experience across management consulting, AI transformation, and enterprise technology, with a focus on helping private equity sponsors and portfolio companies translate AI strategy into measurable outcomes. Connor runs engagements end-to-end from opportunity identification and process discovery through solution design, rapid prototyping, and full-scale implementation.

Prior to IGS, Connor served as a Director at an AI Consulting startup, where he was the firm's first consulting hire and led more than 20 AI due diligence, strategy, and transformation engagements for companies across PE, construction, media, technology, logistics, and professional services. Earlier in his career, Connor held senior roles in digital transformation and solution engineering at HighRadius, and finance transformation at KPMG, where he led large-scale ERP implementations and automation assessments for Fortune 500 clients.

Connor holds a BS in Finance and Operations Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Navendu is a Consultant at IGS, where he leads project teams on buy-side, sell-side, and growth strategy engagements.

Prior to joining IGS, Navendu has over six years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, specializing in healthcare, life sciences and insurance industries. His work focused on go-to market strategy, pricing, forecasting, and corporate restructuring, helping organizations drive growth and efficiency.

Navendu holds an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BE in Production and Industrial Engineering from Delhi Technological University, New Delhi.

Alok is a Senior Consultant at IGS, leading project teams on a variety of engagements such as: buy-side, sell-side, commercial due-diligence and strategy engagements.

Prior to joining IGS in 2023, Alok was heading operations for a Series B ride-share startup. He has also worked for Amazon, where he oversaw shipping and inventory logistics at various fulfillment centers.

Alok earned his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC and graduated as a Chemical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Warangal.

Thomas is a consultant at IGS and started with the firm as an intern in 2024. Thomas leads project teams on buy-side, sell-side, and growth strategy engagements across a range of industries.

Prior to joining IGS, Thomas was a manager at Flexport, a technology company that operates in the global freight-forwarding and logistics space. He advised small and mid-sized businesses on supply chain strategy and operations to improve efficiency and accelerate growth.

Thomas earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated from Bowdoin College with a BA in Government & Legal Studies.

Matt Umscheid brings over 30 years of leadership experience across consulting, private equity and operating businesses.

Most recently Matt served as CEO for two private equity backed businesses, Envysion, a Video SaaS business, and then Nuvem, a Pharmacy Technology and Services business. He also held senior leadership roles at LogistiCare and Providence Service Corporation (now Modivcare), a healthcare and human services company.

Matt spent nearly nine years at Parthenon Capital working closely with investors and CEOs on due diligence and post-investment value creation initiatives. Matt started his career in consulting and worked at Arthur D. Little and then L.E.K Consulting.

Matt holds an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College and an Engineering Degree from The University of Notre Dame.

Alex joined IGS in the summer of 2024 and leads due diligence and strategic projects across a variety of industries. Prior to joining IGS, Alex worked at The Clorox Company, where she led sales & marketing analytics across numerous brands.

Alex earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated with a BA, Joint Honours, in Political Science and International Development from McGill University.

Abby joined IGS in 2021 and has since worked on buy-side, sell-side, and strategy engagements across a range of industries. Prior to IGS, Abby interned with the Strategic Partnerships team at Ahold Delhaize and helped streamline their assessment of potential partners.

Abby graduated from Washington and Lee University with a degree in Chemistry.

Since joining IGS in 2021, Holden has worked on buy-side, sell-side, and strategy engagements across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, professional services, among others.

Holden graduated with an AB in Government from Dartmouth College.
